Celebrating Easter in Richmond VA

For anyone who doesn’t live in Richmond, there are tons of Easter activities taking place in other areas, including activities in Blue Ridge Highlands, Coastal Virginia, and Northern Virginia.

Dominion Energy Family Easter at Maymont
This will take place on April 20th and will offer games and activities for the whole family, along with the Easter Bunny, food trucks and so much more. You do have to purchase event tickets in order to participate in many of the activities, however, the event is free to attend. Peek-A-Bloom with Peter Rabbit

Easter on Parade
Don’t miss the Easter on Parade that is held on April 21st. This is a huge tradition in Richmond, and for anyone who is new to the area, you should definitely check this out. For anyone with kids be sure that you find out where Virginia’s Official Easter Bunny, Lord Roland Watson Beldon Maxwell VIII, will be. He called Virginia Beach home, but makes appearances throughout the year around Virginia during the Easter season!
